EPLASS uses the Sigma Signature Pad from signotec

  • The integration of the signotec signature pad in the EPLASS system provides a safer and more comfortable ckecking and release of drawings and other documents.
  • The high quality of the captured signature data automatically leads to the highest possible ability to prove the signatures's authenticity.
  • The transfer of data from the pad to the PC is protected, which is why it is not possible to spy on the biometric features of the signature.
  • The new signature pads are especially qualified for public authorities, checking engineers and project managers, who use EPLASS frequently and who place great value on security.
  • The checker's signature by hand is being directly stamped onto the drawing. Thus, EPLASS meets even more with the checking process „on paper“, however, it still provides all benefits of an internet based project platform with powerful workflow functionalities.
